Refund policy

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has shipped, as peptides and laboratory compounds cannot be restocked or reused. However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number, description of the issue, and a clear photo.
• Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.

We reserve the right to decline claims involving:

• Product misuse
• Improper storage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Failure to follow handling instructions

If an order has not shipped yet, cancellations may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
